We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. ## 3. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes. ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to send unsolicited marketing, to misuse personal data of your page visitors, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. As a page owner, you are responsible for complying with data protection law in respect of your visitors' data. ## 5. Payment Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the terms shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. ## 6. Privacy Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. ## 7. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the property of HoldingPage and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you publish through the Service. ## 8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ## 9.
